Privacy, explained clearly.

Haus of Suites respects your information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to you.

01

Information we collect

When you submit a Professional Workspace Application, we collect contact and mailing information, business and service information, workspace preferences, professional licensing details you choose to provide, business-fit answers, and your electronic certification and signature.

We do not request Social Security numbers, banking information, credit or debit card numbers, passwords, or a government-issued ID on the initial application.

After conditional approval, we may separately request a government-issued photo ID, professional license copy, or another onboarding document. We may also collect agreement signatures, signing timestamps, signature method, basic device/browser information, and document fingerprints used to maintain an agreement audit record. These items are handled through the private onboarding portal, not the initial application.

If you choose to schedule a leasing call, the scheduling provider may collect your selected appointment time, time zone, contact information, and information needed to confirm, reschedule, or cancel the appointment.

If you submit a privacy request, we collect the information needed to identify and respond to that request.

02

How we use information

We use your information to evaluate workspace applications, communicate with applicants, verify professional information, manage tours, availability, approval decisions, deposits, leasing, onboarding, and workspace access, and respond to privacy requests.

We do not sell your personal information.

03

Service providers

Workspace applications, onboarding milestones, and agreement audit records are stored using the website's private database services. Approved-applicant files, agreement PDFs, and drawn signature images are stored separately in private document storage. Access is restricted to the applicant using their private code and authorized Haus of Suites administrators.

Formspree may receive limited basic application details to notify our team of a new submission. A transactional email provider may process an applicant's name and email address to deliver confirmation and onboarding messages. Deposit checkout is handled on Square, and Square—not this website—collects and processes payment-card information. Optional scheduling is handled through Google Calendar. When analytics is enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand general website activity. These providers process information according to their own privacy terms and our instructions.

04

Analytics choices

We ask before loading optional analytics. If you decline, Google Analytics is not loaded. If you accept, we collect general usage information such as page views, application-button interactions, and completed application events. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, application answers, secure access codes, or uploaded documents to analytics.

You can reset your choice at any time by clearing this site's stored data in your browser.

05

Retention and security

We keep application and onboarding information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate applicants, manage workspace leasing and occupancy, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain appropriate business records. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

06

Your choices

You may unsubscribe through any marketing email. You may also ask to access, correct, or delete information associated with you by using the request form below. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
