When are the open tours?
Open tours are Saturday, September 5 from 4:00–7:00 PM and Sunday, September 6 from 12:00–5:00 PM in Fountain Square, Indianapolis.
Do I need an appointment or reservation for the tour?
No. There is nothing to book and no form to complete. Arrive anytime during either open-tour window.
Can I bring family or friends?
Yes. Family, friends, business partners, and anyone helping you make your workspace decision are welcome. Light refreshments will be available.
Where will Haus of Suites be located?
Haus of Suites is located at 1026 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, in the Fountain Square area near Downtown Indianapolis.
When is the expected opening?
We are preparing for a September 2026 opening. Pre-leasing applicants will receive relevant progress, tour, and availability information before launch.
Which workspace options will be available?
Haus of Suites is planned around three options: enclosed Private Suites, scheduled Flexible Memberships, and Open Booth Rentals primarily for barbers and hairstylists.
How do Flexible Memberships work?
Flexible Memberships provide scheduled access to a shared, reservable workspace. Access is not unlimited and remains subject to your plan, availability, booking rules, and Haus of Suites policies.
What is the difference between a booth and a private suite?
A Private Suite is fully enclosed and dedicated to one professional. An Open Booth Rental is a consistent station in a shared, open-concept area.
When will full membership details be shared?
Full plan details, availability, and agreement terms will be shared directly with applicants before placement.
Are there rules for workspace access?
Yes. Each option is subject to application review, availability, a signed agreement, professional-use standards, and applicable policies. Flexible Memberships also follow scheduling and booking rules.
What security measures are planned?
Plans include controlled entry, common-area camera coverage, professional screening where appropriate, signed agreements, and clear guest and conduct policies.
What happens after I submit my pre-leasing application?
After submitting the full application, you may schedule an optional 15-minute FaceTime leasing call using our live Google Calendar availability. Scheduling is not required and does not guarantee placement. Our team will still review your application, follow up about professional fit and availability, and invite qualified applicants to tour when the space is ready. If the fit and availability align, we will share the appropriate agreement and final next steps.
Does submitting a pre-leasing application guarantee me a workspace?
No. Final placement depends on availability, professional fit, application review, and the applicable signed agreement.
